Everyone is curious to know that what is going to be offered in the Next-Gen Netbooks. Intel has revealed the secret that the Next-Gen netbooks will use Intel’s 32nm micron process. This will enhance the performance of the netbooks by many folds. This fact was revealed by Intel in a report prepared by UBS securities. The Atom processors of Intel will really appear as another success of Intel and it is expected to arrive in quarter three of year 2009. This will also enable the creation of more transistors into CPU which will reduce the power consumption.
However, it is argued that though the Atom CPU of Intel will perform an excellent job in enhancing the performance of Netbooks but battery life can become an issue. Therefore, it is expected that Next-Gen Netbooks will come with double battery life. This shows that this is not only the competition of small chips and high performance but battery life is another issue for the computer giants. Interestingly, various websites have been developed which conduct polls to determine the views of the people about various questions. For example, which next-Gen netbook will be hottest? People are actively taking part in these polls and have a lot of expectations from the Next-Gen Netbooks.
